As we continually strive to provide value to our Members and Vendors; we recognize the need
and benefits of an Annual Meeting. Sponsoring a meeting is a key initiative for us, and with
our ever-expanding membership base, our goal is to have an inaugural meeting in the near future.
A cornerstone principle of our meeting is to provide Members and Vendors with networking opportunities
and as a result, we will structure a meeting with the following fundamentals:
- Member networking meetings: 10 to 12 member companies of similar size, (non-competing), meet to discuss industry issues, share best practices, and develop relationships.
- Private One-on-One pre-scheduled booth appointments with vendors. This format allows members to build relationships with key factory executives.
- A two-day business format - minimizing time away and travel cost.
- New products displayed by vendors.
- Vendors will be encouraged to offer "Show Specials," which are promotional offers that would include, extra discounts, extended dating terms and/or free merchandizes. Along with creating positive excitement, "Show Specials" help to defray travel expenditures.
